WASHINGTON, May 14 /Standard Newswire/ -- Today Marco Rubio picked up a major endorsement in his race for the U.S. Senate seat in Florida. Catholic Families for America (CFA), one of the largest organizations of lay Catholics in the nation, praised Rubio for his pro-family, pro-life stance, as well as his commitment to a smaller, more efficient, and more virtuous federal government.

"Among the several dozen candidates for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate whom CFA plans to endorse, Marco Rubio is at the head of the class," said CFA Executive Director Dr. Kevin Roberts.
