NASHVILLE, May 11, 2015 /Standard Newswire/ -- The 8th annual Hungry for Hope conference will be held June 25 – 27, 2015 in Nashville at the Factory of Franklin. Hungry for Hope is the country's premiere Christian conference for eating disorders and body image issues. This year's theme is "Love Well." The conference features clinical and inspirational experts and authors.

Hungry for Hope is aimed at both clinicians and community members, who work with or struggle with eating and body image issues. The conference hopes to awaken attendees to hopes and dreams that are long abandoned, and will focus on the power of God's love and truth for healing and wholeness. Clinicians can earn up to 7.5 Continuing Education (CE) credits on the clinical track, and general sessions for the community include workshops on body, father and soul love, including practical instruction on intuitive eating and healthy self-care.

Featured speakers include Margaret Nagib, PsyD, clinical psychologist and Lisaura Lozada-Goode, LCPC, BC-DMT, both of Timberline Knolls, a leading treatment center offering Christian treatment for women and adolescent girls struggling with eating disorders, trauma, addiction, mood and co-occurring disorders.
