WASHINGTON, Sept. 25, 2015 /Standard Newswire/ -- In a surprise move, House Speaker John Boehner has announced that he will retire at the end of October. Citing division in the Republican caucus as we head into the final phase of debates over funding the government, Boehner was having difficulty keeping confidence in his leadership because of division on Planned Parenthood funding.
