Hundreds of Atheists Try to Bring Down Atheist Movie IMDb Rating

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2016 /Standard Newswire/ -- Hundreds of atheists have left a one-star rating at the Internet Movie Database in an effort to discredit a new movie called, "The Atheists Delusion." This, according to the film's producer, Ray Comfort. Comfort said, "When I saw all the bad reviews, I encouraged Christians to watch the movie, then go to www.imdb.com/title/tt5910814/ratings?ref_=tt_ov_rt and rate it. Over 1,000 Christians have so far given the film a ten star rating—which means that they think it was 'excellent,' with 500 atheists giving it a one star (they think it was 'awful'). This has lifted the average rating closer to a seven."

Comfort maintains that it's normal for atheists to hate anything that exposes atheism as being unscientific. "The Atheist Delusion" claims to destroy atheism "with one scientific question," and has been praised by Christian leaders for its high-quality production.

He says that in three days the YouTube comments section has had over seven thousand comments, and almost all of them are abusive. "This is because atheists resort to character attacks when they have no answer to an argument. They shed other arguments like water off a duck's back, but 'The Atheist Delusion' had ripped the feathers off the duck."

The best–selling author, whose movies have been seen by millions, said that it has got under their skin because it gives irrefutable scientific evidence for the existence of God—with just one scientific question. "But for an atheist to say goodbye to atheism means that he would be considered an anti-science, anti-choice, narrow-minded, fundamental, homophobic, hate-speech bigot who believed in burning witches, talking donkeys, stoning gays, and of course, slavery. He also thinks that if the God of the Bible is real, then that would mean porn and fornication were morally wrong. He would also have to say goodbye to his intellectual dignity and believe that Noah built an ark. And that is out of the question. The prodigal prefers the pigsty. The only avenue they can take is to get mad, vilify the messenger, and then hide behind the aprons of bogus science."

"The Atheist Delusion" premiered live to 200 countries on October 22, and is now available for free viewing on YouTube. Details: www.AtheistMovie.com
