KENTWOOD, Mich., June 12, 2013 /Standard Newswire/ -- Thomas More Society's President and Chief Counsel will be available for media interviews following oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit Court. Thomas More Society will argue against the enforcement of the Health and Human Services' birth control mandate on Autocam Corporation. Autocam is the lead supplier of fuel injection parts to Bosch, Delphi, Conti, and Hitachi. In October of 2012, it joined the growing number of businesses suing the government over the HHS Mandate that forces corporations to provide their employees with abortion-inducing drugs, contraceptives, and sterilizations in their healthcare plan. The lawsuit filed by the Thomas More Society in conjunction with Fidelis on behalf of Autocam, a privately held manufacturer of precision automotive and health components, and its owners, is a direct response to the Obamacare Health & Human Services (HHS) mandate requirement that they provide group insurance coverage of abortions, sterilization, and birth control for their employees.
