VIENNA Va., Aug. 6, 2013 /Standard Newswire/ -- For the very first time in Moroccan modern history the Sovereign has rescinded a pardon granted to a convict, not for any random reason, but rather for the chain of events that accompanied the entire process ever since he pardoned forty eight Spanish convicts in Morocco; a tradition the monarch has kept ever since he inherited the Alaouite throne.

The decision to rescind the pardon was made considering the flaws that marred the process, the gravity of the crimes committed by Mr. Fina and with respect to the rights of the victims. This rescission is one more brave decision taken by the Monarch, who ordered an immediate investigations to determine who was behind including the name of such a dangerous convict in the list of pardons.
Thousands of loyal citizens took the streets by storm to show their support to the families of victims and to object the release of the pedophile. While some political parties in the country along with some organizations of the civic society were rather silent, Moroccans aligned with their King to overcome this crisis, and all institutions are working alongside their Spanish counterparts, who are cooperating, to bring the convict back to justice.
